Our solution helps warehouse owners attain 2-3X efficiency improvement over cart-picking operations, by empowering pickers to work collaboratively with our robots. All this is accomplished while integrating with the operator’s Warehouse Management System, utilizing and optimizing existing facility infrastructure.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Be familiar with typical robotic sensing modalities (monocular and stereo cameras, lidar, time-of-flight, etc.
- Understand the sensing challenges of mobile indoor robots, and formulate test scenarios to prove hardware suitability.
- Enjoy quickly prototyping ROS software to interface with the newest sensors on the market.
- Love hands-on testing with robots at one of our engineering facilities.
- Candidate must be willing to work in-person at our Wilmington, MA or Nashua, NH office roughly 50% of the time.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Engineering, Robotics or a related field
- 2 years of commercial experience working with robotic hardware
- Proficiency with working in a Linux environment
- Excellent technical communication skills
- Background configuring sensors and hardware for use with ROS
- Ability to document and present test results clearly
