Senior Recruiter – Physician Recruitment

Locums Choice is a fast-growing locum tenens staffing company seeking an experienced healthcare recruiter to lead one of our specialty recruiting divisions. This is a player-coach role where you'll manage your own recruiting desk while building, mentoring, and leading a team of recruiters. Or just come in as a Sr. Physician Recruiter and not manage a team.

Specialty Divisions:

• Anesthesiology & CRNA

• OB/GYN

Responsibilities

• Recruit physicians, CRNAs, and APPs for locum tenens assignments

• Build and manage your own book of business

• Hire, coach, and develop a team of recruiters

• Drive division growth and recruiting performance

Qualifications

• 3 years of physician or healthcare recruiting experience (locums preferred)

• Proven recruiting success

• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred

• Competitive, driven, and relationship-focused
