- 24-hour shifts -- 7 consecutive days per month or split days
- 1 week of call per month
- Avg. 2 consults per day with rounding involved
- Emergency general surgery and trauma cases
- Endoscopy procedures required
- BLS, PALS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications required
