- Approximately 90 slides on heavier days
- Cases range from approximately 4 - 10 per day
- Cases include GI biopsies, tonsils, appendix, and placentas
- Pediatric autopsies required -- deal breaker if unable
- Peripheral smear reviews, TEGs, electrophoreses, and cytology preferred
- Hospital privileges required
- Potential for additional coverage dates
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
