- 24-hour out-of-house call -- 14 shifts per month
- Very low volume -- nursery averages 2 patients per week
- 0 - 1 pediatric inpatient per day
- Level I nursery -- ED consults and delivery attendance
- Delivery attendance required -- circumcisions a plus
- Mostly remote call -- hospital presence for births and rounding
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
