About the Clinician's WorkdayThe radiation oncologist will provide clinic-based outpatient oncology services on a day shift schedule with no call requirements. Clinical responsibilities include overseeing radiation treatments, conducting new patient consults, managing follow-up visits, performing treatment planning, completing status checks, and participating in tumor conferences. The clinician will work collaboratively with a support team consisting of 1 RN, 4 Radiation Therapists, 2 Medical Physicists, and 3 Dosimetrists. Board certification in Radiation Oncology is required for this assignment.
