This 167-bed hospital in Texas operates as a Level IV trauma center and includes an 8-bed Level II NICU, supporting a range of obstetric, gynecologic, and emergency services for the regional patient population. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to support continuous inpatient and emergency department care delivery. Clinical support staff includes hospitalists, pediatricians, a neonatologist, an intensivist, and a midwife whose availability is variable.

Texas offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of regional attractions and recreational opportunities. The state features diverse dining, shopping, outdoor activities, and cultural experiences that cater to varied interests. Clinicians will find accessible options for leisure and exploration throughout the region during their assignment.

Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage through 24-hour call assignments across inpatient and emergency department settings at an on-site facility in Texas, with a 1:1 call ratio. Clinical responsibilities include ED and OB labor and delivery coverage, hospital consultations, and management of spontaneous labor cases; no scheduled deliveries are anticipated. Clinicians may also serve as backup coverage for midwife-managed deliveries as needed. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required for this assignment.
