- 3 consecutive 24-hour shifts on call-based model
- Average 4 inpatients daily, 4 - 6 ER patients
- Critical access hospital
- Nursing support available on call
- Intubations, chest tubes, central lines, moderate sedation
- Census increases during cruise ship season
- POCUS helpful but not required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
