- 7 on / 7 off -- day (7 am - 7 pm) or night (7 pm - 7 am) shifts
- Days avg. 15 - 18 patients
- Nights avg. 4 - 8 admits and cross cover on 40 - 50 patients
- Closed ICU -- covered by intensivists 24/7
- No procedures -- respond to codes only
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
