- Weekend coverage -- Saturday - Sunday, possibly Friday - Sunday
- Shifts: 7 am - 3 pm or 8 am - 4 pm, with flexibility to 10 hours
- At least 1 weekend per month typically
- Rounding on 12 - 18 patients; 4 - 6 average admits
- NP handles most admits
- Chest tube and intubation skills preferred, not required
- No ICU on site -- no call
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
