- Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Perform chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy treatments.
- Manage patient caseload of approximately 18–20 patients per day.
- Utilize Epic EMR for clinical documentation, with AI assistance available.
- Collaborate with existing NP and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care during a period of program growth.
