- 4 - 5 days per week -- Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm
- 0 - 3 days of call for acute needs
- 18 - 22 patients per day
- Focus on opioid use disorder, SUD, and mental health
- Chronic disease, acute visits, and preventive care
- Minor procedures experience required
- Hospital privileges required
