- Monday-Friday with Monday & Tuesday 8:30-7pm, Wednesday-Friday 8:30-5
- Up to 27 patients on Monday & Tuesday, up to 22 Wednesday-Friday
- Clinic setting
- 32 clinical hours and 8 administrative hours weekly
