We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for our client in Maine, beginning Jun 15, 2026. This is a 140-day assignment with a consistent schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role involves providing comprehensive primary care services, including well visits, managing chronic illnesses, performing sports physicals, and handling acute care needs.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct well visits and preventative care
- Manage chronic illnesses, including diabetes
- Perform sports physicals
- Address sick visits and acute concerns
- Perform drainage procedures
- Provide laceration repair
- Manage broken bones with orthopedic support available onsite
- Conduct health screenings
- Facilitate prevention and referrals
- Utilize onsite x-ray and lab facilities
