- Mon - Thu 7:15 am - 4:30 pm, Fri 7:15 am - 12:15 pm
- Approx 15 patients per day
- Clinic setting
- Peds to geri patient population -- all ages seen
- Comfortable prescribing controlled substances required
- X-waiver experience ideal
- Hospital privileges required
- Minimum 2 years of NP/PA experience required
