- Tue, Wed, Fri shifts -- 8 am - 5 pm with expanded 11 am - 8 pm shifts
- Approximately 20 patients per day
- Outpatient family practice clinic setting
- EMR: Epic
- 3 years hands-on primary care experience required
- Serves multi-cultural population across various income levels
- Spanish language skills required
- All ages -- internal medicine focus with pediatrics covered by other providers
