- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (as required during credentialing)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience for all NP positions
- Other Qualifications: Spanish or Russian speakers preferred. Must be COVID and Flu vaccinated. Name clear required.
- Provide comprehensive behavioral health management to a diverse patient population ranging from newborns to geriatrics.
- Manage medication-only appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Conduct behavioral health management appointments on Wednesdays through Fridays.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical assistants, mental health therapists, dietitians, and pediatricians.
- Maintain a fast-paced patient schedule, seeing up to 18 patients per day in an outpatient community health center setting.
