About the Role
We’re hiring a Paid Media Manager to plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns that sell tickets and grow our brand reach. You’ll manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google, YouTube, and TikTok Ads, working closely with our creative team to deliver performance-driven results. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who thrives on both data and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Monitor performance, budgets, and pacing across multiple brands and regions.
- Analyze campaign data to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion efficiency.
- Test new creatives and targeting strategies in collaboration with our design and social teams.
- Report weekly on campaign performance and actionable insights.
- Stay up to date on platform trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years’ experience running paid media campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Proven ability to optimize budgets and achieve measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with Google Analytics or Looker Studio.
- Skilled at audience targeting, retargeting, and creative testing.
- Experience in events, entertainment, or ticketing is a plus.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 Hybrid / remote flexibility (Denver preferred)
