How Will You Shine?
As a valued and successful Host/Hostess, you will be required to:
- Ensure the outlets’ entries are clean and clear of any hazards.
- Verify and log all food tickets.
- Performs opening and closing duties as needed.
- Greet all guests upon entering the area.
- Ascertain dining needs.
- Seats guests and manages seating charts.
- Provide beverage service to all tables.
- Acquaint guests with food offered, buffets, menu ordering.
- Assists teammates with side work.
- Prepare to-go boxes for guests not dining at the outlet.
