The Technical Business Analyst supports the Employee Benefits (People Solutions) line of business by transforming benefits, enrollment, and client data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions for clients and internal teams. This role works closely with consultants, product owners, and technical partners to analyze benefits data, enhance reporting capabilities, and support solution design across our Employee Benefits technology ecosystem.

This role works closely with consultants, product owners, and technical partners to analyze benefits data, enhance reporting capabilities, and support solution design across our Employee Benefits technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical analysis of Employee Benefits data (client, claims, enrollment, and benefits program data) to facilitate the development of tools to identify trends, cost drivers, and opportunities
- Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and data models that support both internal stakeholders and client-facing reporting needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct data validation, root-cause analysis, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting.
- Partner with Employee Benefits consultants and account teams to support reporting and analytics needs associated with client renewals, strategy development, and management
- Assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of technology enhancements tied to benefits systems and data integrations.
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a technical analyst role, preferably within Employee Benefits or insurance.
- Proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, visual design).
- Familiarity with employee benefits concepts (medical, dental, pharmacy, plan design, enrollment data) preferred.
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical insights and actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
