You’ll also be immersed in our award-winning culture—one that values curiosity, collaboration, and community.
What You'll Experience
- Real work, real impact: You’ll be placed on a client account or service team and will work on meaningful activities like policy reviews, client renewal presentations, market research, and onsite client meetings.
- Collaborative problem solving: In groups of 5-7 interns, you’ll tackle a real-world challenge facing Lockton and the insurance industry. You’ll present your findings and recommendations to Lockton leadership at the end of the program.
- Case studies: Explore different specialty areas of our business through weeklong case studies; work directly with leaders to solve client issues and gain exposure to diverse career paths.
- A deeper understanding of commercial risk, benefits solutions, client strategy, and the brokerage industry
- A dedicated Performance Coach to support your growth and development

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must have completed junior year of college by Summer 2026.
- Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed
- Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information
- Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines
- Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft
- Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, calculator, photocopier, and facsimile machine
- Ability to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of time
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
- Legally able to work in the United States
