The Growth Leader is a key member of the Private Risk Solutions (PRS) leadership team responsible for driving revenue growth through two primary channels:
- Internal collaboration building strategic partnerships and production alignment with Lockton Commercial Producers and other Lockton business segments.
- External business development cultivating high-impact relationships with centers of influence (COIs), including Family Offices, Wealth Advisors, Law Firms, CPA firms, and other trusted advisory networks serving high-net-worth clients.

Strategic Growth & Relationship Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that leverages Lockton’s internal relationship with Commercial Producers to identify and convert personal risk opportunities.
- Partner with Commercial leadership to establish joint-venture frameworks and referral programs that align incentives and enhance cross-segment collaboration.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with COIs, including Family Offices, private banks, wealth managers, attorneys, and accountants.
- Represent PRS in external market and networking events to elevate brand visibility and position Lockton as the trusted advisor for complex personal risk clients.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the internal PRS Sales & Service Team, ensuring consistent execution of the sales pipeline, referral follow-ups, and client engagement standards.
- Collaborate with Regional and Practice Leaders to establish sales goals, KPIs, and growth metrics aligned to PRS’s Wildly Important Goal (WIG).
- Partner with Marketing and Analytics teams to develop targeted campaigns and dashboards that measure lead generation, conversion, and retention performance.
- Foster a performance-driven, relationship-based sales culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and excellence in service.
- Work closely with the COO and President to design and refine compensation models, referral programs, and growth tracking mechanisms.
- Provide regular updates to PRS leadership on pipeline performance, opportunity conversion, and COI relationship outcomes.
- Ensure all growth initiatives align with PRS’s core values: Trust, Collaboration, Accountability, and Excellence.
- 10 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or producer management within high-net-worth personal lines, private client, or wealth management sectors.
- Proven success in building strategic referral partnerships (e.g., Family Office, Private Banking, or Professional Services networks).
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and build trusted internal relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales or client service teams.
- Strategic, data-driven thinker with exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or insurance designations (CPCU, CPRIA, CIC, etc.) preferred.
