Lockton is seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Consultant to join our Operations team. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence across the organization by partnering with internal stakeholders to execute analytics requests, facilitate strategy execution, and manage multiple concurrent initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional financial and technical acumen, and can lead complex projects with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver actionable insights
• Execute complex analytic requests, transforming data into meaningful business intelligence
• Develop and present board-level presentations that communicate strategic initiatives, performance metrics, and recommendations
• Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline operations and solve data-driven challenges
• Facilitate the execution of enterprise-wide strategies by aligning project outcomes with organizational objectives
• Build trusted relationships across departments, acting as a liaison between operations, finance, human resources, technology, legal, and leadership teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 3 years of experience in operations, consulting, or project management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday)
