We’re seeking a Surety Account Manager to join our Northeast team and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage Surety Programs: Oversee daily operations, including bond execution and lifecycle documentation.
- Client Support: Deliver bonds, respond to inquiries, and support new bond implementations.
- Billing & Documentation: Handle new and renewal billings, ensure accuracy, and maintain confidentiality.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with clients, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure seamless service and proactive updates.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with clients and surety markets.
- Contribute Strategically: Partner with account executives and practice leaders to maintain and grow client programs. Participate in meetings and create client-facing dashboards and reports.
- Account Manager: 3–5 years in surety client service
- Senior Account Manager: 6 years of relevant experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in contract and/or commercial surety
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, online surety systems, and SurePath/Tinubu (a plus)
- Licensing: Ability to obtain and maintain a state-specific P&C Insurance License and Notary Public
