Lockton’s Talbot division is currently seeking a Pharmacy Account Executive to work with pharmacy benefit managers and pharmaceutical manufacturers as clients of Talbot. This position will develop and maintain favorable internal and external relationships, with the end goal of providing the highest level of support to Talbot pharmacy clients.

This position will develop and maintain favorable internal and external relationships, with the end goal of providing the highest level of support to Talbot pharmacy clients.
- Support Talbot pharmacy director and consultants in day-to-day work with Talbot clients—PBMs and pharma companies
- Manage and organize client tasks lists and open items
- Work with a variety of different data sources, including Infolock and RxMart data, to bring forth recommendations and insights to Talbot clients
- Work collaboratively with other Lockton practice areas, including the pharmacy practice, to collect data, information, and insights needed for Talbot client projects
- Facilitate client service meetings
- Build, manage and populate project plans for clients
- Prepare client presentations, financial and clinical reports for internal and external partners
- Develop client specific service calendar and manager deliverables as applicable
- Attend evening and lunch events with clients, vendors, and colleagues to build and strengthen on-going relationships
- Build relationships with PBMs and pharma companies
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field is required
- Minimum five years experience in the industry, specifically experience in PBMs or pharmacy consulting
- Strong working knowledge of the pharmacy benefits industry, the drug supply chain, and the PBM RFP process
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships with multiple clients
- Excellent analytics skills; must have the ability to manipulate large spreadsheets, census data, disruption, geo-access, benchmarking data, etc.
- Ability to meet with clients in conjunction with SVP or VP to review action items, able to communicate with the client on problems and vendor issues, understand and can interpret root cause analysis and can communicate and discuss next step solutions.
