What You’ll Own
- Work efficiently onsite to complete installations or troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate inventory of products needed for installations
- Load and unload product deliveries at job sites
- Stay current with updates and applications required for product functionality
- Communicate installation progress effectively to the assigned lead technician
- Resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with fellow technicians to ensure smooth and efficient installations
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience using power tools such as impact and hammer drills
- Intermediate knowledge of low voltage, cameras, and access control systems
- General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to troubleshoot devices including intercoms, speakers, and security cameras
- Flexibility to work varying schedules (e.g., afternoon start times, evening work, early morning next-day travel)
- Ability to travel overnight and stay in hotels for 2–4 days at a time
- Strong customer service skills while working onsite
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Degree in a technical field (preferred)
- Knowledge of data cabling infrastructure
- Intermediate knowledge of paging and intercom systems, access control, and IP camera systems
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities

- Passion for building and supporting teams
- Base knowledge of the products we install
- Experience completing a variety of installation projects with a strong record of success
- Ability to hold the highest level of vendor-offered certifications (3rd/final tier)
- Professional certifications outside the industry (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma)
