Locksmith Technician (Experienced)

Locksmith Plus Inc. is growing and looking for an experienced Mobile Locksmith Technician to join our professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician who enjoys working independently in the field while providing high-quality service to residential, commercial, and automotive customers.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values customer service, and can manage multiple service calls efficiently throughout the day.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Generate sales by quoting customers, and creating estimates and bids onsite and over the phone with customers at thier locations.
• Install, repair, rebuild, and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic locking systems
• Provide locksmith services for commercial, residential, and automotive customers
• Diagnose lock, key, and security issues and recommend effective solutions
• Maintain professionalism and strong customer communication on every service call
• Manage daily work orders and service routes efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year of locksmith or related technical experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in a mobile field environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass city/state locksmith licensing requirements where applicable

Tools

We provide most professional locksmith tools and equipment. Technicians are expected to have a basic personal toolbox with general tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, hammer, etc.).
