Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and possess strong commercial driving skills.
Duties
- Respond to roadside assistance calls promptly and efficiently
Safely load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck
Change tires, Jumpstart batteries and Lockouts
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Conduct basic automotive diagnostics when necessary
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to handle various vehicle types, including manual transmission vehicles
- Manage conflicts and difficult situations with professionalism
Experience
-Truck experience
-Towing experience
Required Skills:
- Customer service experience
- CDL recommended, but not required
- Ability to perform basic automotive repair tasks
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics
- Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles
