Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional customer engagement
- Assist customers with product selection and basic inquiries
- Utilize ERP system to manage sales orders and transactions
- Gather submittal and template materials
- Coordinate Factory Quote Request
- Perform Project Management Functions (follow up on open orders)
- Follow company policies, sales procedures, and safety standards
- Meet or support individual and team sales goals
- Handle basic customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
- Participate in training sessions
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- No prior sales experience required
