Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control is seeking an experienced applications engineering lead with knowledge of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and USSOCOM missions. The candidate must have the ability to manage challenging projects, develop strong customer relationships and help grow our geospatial products business. The role requires balancing day-to-day project execution while positioning Lockheed Martin’s Geospatial Technology Products Team for the future. The successful candidate will collaborate with the team to turn customer needs into requirements that drive our technical roadmap, while also identifying new opportunities that help shape our business. The position location is Greensboro, NC.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage integration of MFC geospatial technology into major LM Lines of Business
• Work with the geospatial team to develop OpenRosetta3D technical roadmap
• Contribute to geospatial requirements evolution and integration
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science (BS) Information Technology or equivalent
• 10+ years GIS Experience
• 10+ years technical project leadership
• Agile software development / Agile product owner
• TS/SCI Clearance
