The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing/developing all monthly financial reporting for Operations and providing the Operations Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Senior Manager with detailed explanations regarding business performance. The candidate will analyze the programs financial performance and give the senior business manager analysis and the Operations management team analysis and recommendations on their performance. The candidate will be expected to keep open lines of communication with Operations leadership and Finance & Business Operations leadership. This is a unique opportunity to interface with leaders from many areas inside F&BO and outside of F&BO. This role will strive to create value for our customers in the form of cost Performs one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions such as:
• Lead and support finance activities across Production Operations, ATLO, and Quality. Directly supports Organizations’ VPs and Directors.
• Finance Controller for Continuous Improvement and Operations Excellence Teams’ business cases and return on investment (ROI) approvals
• Support to Capital management and yearly Capital LRP efforts
• Manage overhead and service center
• Leads team of analysts that manage program performance of products that flow through the production shops. Must have strong familiarity with Earned Value Management.
• Leader will have responsibility for shaping and developing a team of skilled finance professionals to best support the Operations team with up to 18 direct reports. This leader will be responsible for implementing a people development strategy across the team and should be passionate about talent management. The ideal candidate will have experience with presenting to Executive Leadership on a recurring basis.
• Supports proposal and bid activities
• Drive business acumen across the organization; must be willing to challenge overruns and work with teams to properly capture risks and opportunities

Position is listed as 9x80 but may be able to be worked as a 4x10.

Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations. Timely and accurately consolidates financial results. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Understands LM Space Financial Systems
Experience effectively communicating across departments and levels of leadership
Experience in interacting with senior MGMT, including MGMT outside of finance
Ability to lead a Large group of financial professionals

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off

Salary : $102,000 - $195,500
