What You Will Be Doing
As the Mult Func Manufacturing Supv - 2nd Shift you will be responsible for leading the 2nd‑shift manufacturing effort, ensuring that production goals are achieved while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee 2nd‑shift manufacturing activities to meet daily production targets.
- Lead a team of multi‑function operators, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues quickly and efficiently.
- Monitor equipment performance and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.

Security Clearance Requirement
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and cost reduction strategies.
- Working experience with assemblies, sheet metal, and machining processes.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:
