Description : The world’s leading aerospace and defense company is seeking a Senior Manager who will support corporate and business area teams to achieve their objectives in the Indo-Pacific region. As part of the company’s Government Affairs organization, the successful candidate will develop close working relationships with DoD customers in Honolulu to represent Lockheed Martin programs and initiatives. Customers include U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, U.S. Pacific Fleet, Pacific Air Forces, U.S. Army Pacific, Marine Corps Forces Pacific, Space Force Indo-Pacific, and Special Operations Command Pacific. With strong knowledge of the customers’ operating environment, priorities, and challenges, the successful candidate will ensure that Lockheed Martin programs and initiatives are aligned to customer needs.
This position reports to the Director, Honolulu Office, Lockheed Martin Government Affairs and is based in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Basic Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command and DoD’s strategy and priorities in the Indo-Pacific region.
- Knowledge of Joint and Service Warfighting Concepts.
- General knowledge of Lockheed Martin products.
- Understanding of DoD and Congressional budget processes.
- Understanding of the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System and Joint Requirements Oversight Council processes.
- Strong executive presence and proven ability to work with senior executive and government officials.
- Strategic thinking, innovative mindset, and sound judgment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to work on a collaborative team and bridge organizational boundaries.
- Secret Clearance.

Security Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely : Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position : 9x80 every other Friday off.
Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington, or Washington DC is $144,600 - $255,070. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
