What You’ll Do:
- Welcome customers in a professional, friendly manner, ensuring a smooth and exceptional service experience.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document service requests and vehicle symptoms.
- Clearly explain Cadillac-recommended maintenance, repair options, and cost estimates with transparency and confidence.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and efficient service completion.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the service process.
- Recommend additional services to enhance vehicle performance, safety, and longevity.
- Manage repair orders, repair quotes, and scheduling with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize dealership systems and tools effectively to support a seamless service process.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience as a Service Advisor/Service Consultant, or in a customer service sales role (luxury or Cadillac experience strongly preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Solid knowledge of Cadillac, General Motors, and 3rd party warranties/service contracts.
- Familiarity with Cadillac service processes and brand standards is a plus.
- Up to date ASE Certifications (Service Consultant, Maintenance & Light repair, or Auto)
- Proficiency in Cox Automotive dealership management software (Dealertrack & Xtime).
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering premium customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
