Lockhart Collision Center seeks an energetic person for Front Desk/Customer Service Representative. This person plays a critical role in our organization because they are the first point of contact.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate person.
- Attentive to guests as they enter our establishment, greet each guest with friendly welcome and determine purpose of visit.
- Schedule appointments for guests to bring vehicles for repairs and complete vehicle check-ins at drop off.
- Follow up with guests during the repair process to ensure they understand where their vehicle is in the process and when they can expect their vehicle to be finished.
- Communicate effectively with other staff members, adjusters, rental car providers and guests.
- Prepare purchase orders for daily receipts.
- Order office and shop supplies.
Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organization skills
- Team player
- Proficient use of technology
- Ability to work Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
