Social Media Manager (Hybrid: 1 day/week in office, Denver Tech Center area)

Locketz Facial Plastic Surgery is a boutique Facial Plastic Surgery practice devoted exclusively to surgery of the face and neck. Dr. Garrett Locketz is an Ivy League–trained, double board-certified Facial Plastic Surgeon whose work centers on facial harmony and natural results that preserve each patient's character.

Our patients choose us for expertise and stay because of how they're cared for: unhurried consultations, honest guidance and a concierge experience that feels personal from first inquiry to final follow-up.

We're looking for a Social Media Manager whose work reflects that same standard. This isn't a role for chasing trends or viral moments. In facial plastic surgery, trust is everything, and it's earned through clarity, consistency and taste.

We've built an engaged Instagram audience of more than 24,000 followers, with strong before-and-after results and educational content patients value. Our next chapter is refinement: a cohesive visual identity, a consistently elevated voice, and content that reflects the boutique experience patients have in person.

• Own our social presence, with Instagram as our primary channel, and develop a refined, consistent visual and editorial standard.
• Create content that educates: explaining procedures such as deep plane facelifts, neck lifts, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty and lip lifts, setting realistic expectations, and showing the recovery process honestly.
• Present patient results with care, consistency and discretion.
• Work closely with Dr. Locketz to turn surgical expertise into clear, approachable content, and help him feel at ease on camera.
• Respond to comments and messages in a voice that is gracious, professional and reflects the care patients receive in our office.
• Plan content calendars and use analytics to guide decisions, focusing on consultations and meaningful engagement rather than vanity metrics.
• Spend one day a week in our office capturing photo and video and collaborating with the team.
  

• You have 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a brand, ideally in plastic surgery, aesthetics, healthcare, luxury or hospitality.
• You have a strong eye for photography, composition and typography, and know when restraint is the more powerful choice.
• You write beautifully. You can explain something technical simply, without sounding clinical or salesy.
• You understand the responsibility of medical marketing: HIPAA, patient photo consent, and avoiding exaggerated claims or insecurity-driven messaging.
• You're self-directed and reliable working remotely, and you enjoy the day you're in the office.
