Job Summary:
Due to continued growth across all practice areas, the firm is hiring an experienced Tax Senior or Supervisor to join its expanding tax team. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns, with a focus on pass-through entities and closely held businesses
• Provide consultative tax planning and strategic guidance to a wide range of clients
• Collaborate directly with clients and build long-term advisory relationships
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff
• Contribute to process optimization and internal efficiency initiatives
Qualifications:
• 3–7 years of public accounting experience required
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Pass-through entity and closely held business tax experience preferred
• Experience with CCH Axcess Suite (Tax, Workflow, Document) and CCH PFX Suite (Engagement, Practice Management, Scan Workstation, Scan Funnel) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s in Taxation preferred
• CPA license or EA designation preferred (or actively pursuing)
• Must be able to work hybrid (home/office) or fully on-site in Fairfax, VA
