Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.
- Conduct tests using ammeters, ohmmeters, and other testing equipment to ensure proper functionality of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with NEC standards and local building codes.
- Collaborate with construction teams on-site to coordinate electrical installations.
- Perform low voltage and high voltage installations as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Electrician in both industrial and commercial settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with low voltage and high voltage systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents related to electrical work.
- Experience with frame carpentry may be beneficial for certain projects.
- Strong knowledge of NEC regulations and safety standards is essential.
