Position Overview:We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Night Shift Shipping Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position working approximately 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, can handle physically demanding tasks, and has experience with shipping operations and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate shipping equipment and tools (scales, label printers, foam equipment etc.)
- Load and unload packages and materials
- Maintain an organized and clean shipping area
- Ensure all shipments meet company and carrier requirements
- Work independently with minimal supervision during night shift hours
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and stay productive without direct supervision
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds
- Experience with shipping processes and related equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
- Familiarity with common carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
