Overview
We are looking for someone to do light office work and maintenance/yard work on a part time basis. Maintenance work includes but not limited to cleaning empty units, blowing leaves and picking up trash. Hours are flexible and include covering for the resident manager up to two days per week, more as needed. This individual would be expected to rent units, answer phones, take payments, do bank deposits and post office trips. They should have good customer service skills and work well with coworkers. A California driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.
