Are you passionate about recycling? Do you enjoy fast paced work and enjoy getting your hands dirty? Then this job is for you. We are a metal recycling company in Lockport NY. The ideal candidate knows how to operate a fork lift and is familiar with different types of metal including brass, and copper, and grades of steel. We work Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm and Saturdays from 8am to 11am. This position will start from the ground up and has potential for advancement. Must be able to lift fifty pounds regularly. We work outside year round and proper clothing is required. We are a small family owned business that enjoys working together. We also offer a generous benefit package.
Daily duties include helping customers to separate and weigh various metals and process them for further refinement. Must have good customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.25 - $21.25 per hour
