Area Manager: Self Storage experience of at least 5 years as Manager or Area Manager of self storage facility. Must manage multiple locations in NJ and PA. Location include NJ: Manahawkin, Lawrenceville, Vineland. PA: New Hope and Montgomery. Hire managers, Manage occupancy, rents. Maximize Income and adjust rent for various sizes of units. Must be honest, on time and get along with the others. Train managers and other employees.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $60,320.00 per year
