We're hiring music instructors who are as comfortable in front of a nervous beginner as they are in front of a crowd — people who can read a room, adapt on the fly, and make a student feel like they're actually capable of this.
A Real Job, Not a Side Gig
This is a W2 position with all the stability that comes with it. You're paid for every hour on your schedule — lessons taught, trial sessions, even no-shows. We're also building out health and dental benefits, because instructors deserve more than a 1099 and a handshake.
Credentials? Optional. Musicianship? Essential.
We're not looking for degrees — we're looking for depth. Gigging musicians, working artists, performers, lifelong players: if you've put in the hours and can translate that experience into something a student can actually use, you're exactly who we have in mind.
What the Work Looks Like
You'll teach students across all ages and skill levels — from the kid who just unwrapped their first guitar to the adult who's been playing for years but wants to push further. Every lesson is a chance to build something: technique, confidence, curiosity, and the kind of relationship with music that sticks around for life.
