Duties
- Assist customers in selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories through knowledgeable recommendations and detailed explanations.

- Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, conducting regular stock checks, and updating inventory records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or other inventory management tools.
- Collaborate with service technicians and sales teams to fulfill parts orders promptly, ensuring timely vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate order fulfillment records, prepare invoices, and handle cash handling procedures with integrity.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to address inquiries or resolve issues.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities, to serve diverse customer needs.
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, automotive repair, and automotive service processes.
- Familiarity with retail math for accurate pricing, discounts, and profit calculations.
- Ability to perform retail math accurately while managing stock levels and order fulfillment processes.
- Previous dealership or retail sales experience is highly desirable; familiarity with dealership operations enhances effectiveness.
