We are seeking a general maintenance and repair provider with experience in residential carpentry, interior/exterior demo, general household installations and repair, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, masonry, and painting, or variations thereof.We are a family owned and operated company that provides professional solutions for residential and commercial properties.At Locher, we trust our valued team members and work together to reach and exceed our company goals.Competitive wages between $20 and $40/hour are available for qualified applicants.Work vehicle provided.Health and benefit packages available.Paid holiday and vacation time.Our new team member must:Be capable of performing general repair, demo, installation, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties, buildings, and equipment. You will be expected to apply the knowledge, experience, and ability required to accomplish the task at hand in a professional and timely manner.Collaborate and communicate well with trades people, contractors, customers, and team members to achieve the desired outcome. Have a valid driver’s license.Pass a criminal background screening and be free of any driving restrictions.As you know, this job will be physically demanding at times.
