What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heavy Equipment Operator Hardscape Construction position at Loch Ness Landscaping?
Loch Ness Landscaping & Lighting, LLC is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator specializing in hardscape construction. This is not an entry-level operator position. We are looking for someone who understands both equipment operation and the construction process behind retaining walls, grading, drainage, excavation, and outdoor living projects.
Our projects include retaining walls, boulder walls, shoreline stabilization, patios, drainage and erosion-control systems, and other high-end hardscape installations throughout Warren County and surrounding areas.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Experience:
- hardscape, retaining wall, excavation, grading work: 3 years (Preferred)
- Excavators & skid steers/compact track loaders: 3 years (Preferred)
- Constructing boulder retaining walls: 3 years (Preferred)
- Lakeside or shoreline construction: 1 year (Preferred)
- Redi-Rock or similar large-block retaining wall systems: 1 year (Preferred)
