Local Marketing Advisor – Franchise Marketing Coach (Remote, U.S. Only)

About the Role

Location3 is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Local Marketing Advisor (LMA) to serve as a Franchise Marketing Coach for small-business owners and franchisees across the country.

In this role, you’ll act as the front-line connection between Location3 and the local businesses we support through our LOCALACT platform. You’ll spend the majority of your day on video and phone calls—approximately six hours per day, at least four days per week—coaching clients, reviewing marketing performance, and helping them identify opportunities to grow their business.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct daily outreach to assigned franchise owners via scheduled calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

• Serve as a trusted marketing coach—educating clients on LOCALACT programs, local advertising, and ways to maximize marketing investment.

• Analyze campaign performance and communicate insights in clear, actionable terms.

• Recommend strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and return on investment.

• Maintain detailed records of all communication and recommendations in Zendesk.

• Execute outreach plans provided by the Advisor Team Manager, prioritizing locations with the highest growth potential.

• Support client retention by addressing questions and reinforcing value through measurable results.

• Partner with internal teams (Paid Media, SEO, Local Listings) to ensure a unified marketing approach for each brand.

What You Bring

• 2 years of experience in marketing, client success, or franchise operations (agency or franchisor experience preferred).

• Strong understanding of local or small-business marketing fundamentals.

• Outstanding verbal communication and listening skills; confident leading multiple virtual meetings daily.

• Exceptional organization and time-management skills in a performance-based environment.

• Proven ability to build relationships, educate clients, and drive adoption of marketing solutions.

• Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for helping business owners succeed.
