SVP, Head of Product

Locality is hiring a Senior Vice President, Head of Product to define and lead the company's overall product strategy and execution.  Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the vision, roadmap and performance of Locality's AdTech platforms for streaming and broadcast TV, as well as other channels. You will ensure product strategy drives revenue growth, competitive differentiation, operational scalability and long-term enterprise value. 

• Own creation and execution of the product roadmap, including modernization, foundational capabilities, workflow automation, embedded reporting, and data integration. 
• Prioritize based on revenue impact, efficiency, risk reduction, and competitive differentiation. 
• Lead the evolution of Locality’s AdTech platforms across media planning, ad execution, inventory management, bidding, audience segmentation, attribution, and AI powered optimization. 
• Drive enterprise-wide product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and post launch optimization, ensuring measurable business impact. 
• Build structured market and competitive intelligence frameworks to inform strategic product direction. 
• Leverage customer and consumer insights to shape differentiated capabilities and user experiences. 
• Define and monitor KPIs tied to revenue contribution, adoption, product performance, and ROI. 
• Support curated offerings that combine broadcast streaming audience into packaged solutions. 
• Identify and execute innovation opportunities, including AI applications, data partnerships, and new monetization models. 
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Product organization
• Partner cross functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align product strategy with go to market execution. 
• Communicate product strategy, priorities, and performance to executive leadership, stakeholders, board members, and investors. 
• Ensure compliance with evolving advertising, privacy, data, and AI regulations. 

• 12 years of progressive experience in Product Management or Product Development, including executive leadership of advanced AdTech or media technology platforms.
• Proven track record of defining and executing enterprise level product strategy with direct impact on revenue growth and market expansion. 
• Deep expertise in media planning, programmatic buying, audience platforms (DMP/CDP), data infrastructure, and AI integration within AdTech. 
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable operational and technical frameworks in high growth environments. 
• Strong understanding of programmatic sales operations, supply and demand ecosystems, and the broader AdTech landscape. 
• Established industry network across streaming, broadcast, programmatic, and data partners preferred. 
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate product strategy into financial and competitive outcomes. 
• Ability to quickly adapt strategy to market changes and drive organizational alignment around new priorities. 
• Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership, stakeholders, and investors. 
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 

Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary of $275,000-$310,000 (dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package (including but not limited to health care benefits, retirement benefits and paid days off).

Salary : $275,000 - $310,000
