Locale is a 16-year social media lifestyle marketing company with ~1M followers across platforms and a 60,000-person email list. We sell 12-month marketing retainers to hospitality, lifestyle, and destination brands.This is a full-cycle outbound role: you will source your own targets and close. If you need inbound leads to survive, this isn’t the right seat. If you can build pipeline and run a close, you’ll do very well here.
What you’ll do
• Prospect daily (your targets, your pipeline)
• Run discovery, qualify decision-makers, present proposals
• Close 12-month retainers and build a recurring book
• Own CRM hygiene (stages, next steps, dates)
Support we provide (so you ramp fast)
You own sourcing and relationships. We support you with:
• Lead enrichment CRM support (so you spend time selling, not researching)
• Email sequencing follow-up support from our team
• Proven templates, case studies, and a clean pricing/proposal system
• Founder-led closing support in your first 60–90 days until you’re independent
Compensation (transparent)
- Ramp guarantee (forgivable draw): up to $8,000/month during ramp (milestone-based; designed to support your transition while you build pipeline)
- Commission: 20% of cash collected on new business (paid when the client pays)
- Managed accounts: 10% of cash collected on accounts you manage
- Uncapped earnings accelerators for top performers
Important: This is not a permanent base salary. The ramp guarantee is a short-term draw that continues only while milestone requirements are met and phases out as commissions replace it.
