Construction company seeking a full charge bookkeeper with American Contractor software experience.
Some duties to include:
AR/AP, PROGRESS BILLINGS, LIEN RELEASES, BANK RECONS, MAINTAIN PERMITS/LICENSES, QUARTERLY TAXES, HUMAN RESOURCES, W2'S, 1099'S, WORK CLOSELY WITH CPA, PAYROLL, PHONES, MAIL, MAINTAIN 401K AND HEALTH BENEFITS.
EXPERIENCE WITH PREVAILING WAGE AND AMERICAN CONTRACTOR SOFTWARE A PLUS!!!
